After my 1st purchase in 2022: These people are very warm, welcoming, and caring. Their style of management is informal but very professional. They are informal in the sense that they allowed me to look at the frames they offered without first having to have an appointment or prescription. Two of their nearby competitors would not allow me to do this because they require you to be tested first before you can look at their frames, which does not make any sense to me. I mean, why would I allow you to test my vision if I cannot be sure you have the product I want? So it was a pleasure not doing business with those other two providers. As for Heinsight, the warmth of their staff won me over as they allowed and encouraged me to try on a multitude of frames from their wide and creative selection. I ended up purchasing a pair that I am extremely happy with. What sets Heinsight apart from their competitors is that they understand that a person's eyecare shopping experience is as much about the relationship as the product itself. Thank you, Heinsight! After my 2nd purchase in 2026: Just obtained my 2nd pair of glasses from Heinsight and I love them every bit as much as my previous pair. Everything I posted in 2022 still remains true in every way, but there's some new great things I must share. If you hadn't yet been to Heinsight before, you might not know that they are located in a quaint old house, which they have beautifully restored and remodeled, both inside and out. It is now state of the art everywhere you step and look. On the inside, they have a new waiting area, fresh clean patient rooms, beautiful flooring all over, fresh paint throughout, and walls that are adorned with sleek pictures that show off the latest fashions in eyewear. On the outside they have new windows and siding, and a beautifully updated facade as a point of entry. They also have a new ramp for wheelchair access. One great feature of this place has gone unchanged, and for that I am grateful. The floor boards of this classical house still squeak as you walk across them. And each squeak, just like the beautiful people who work here, makes you feel like you are a desired and valued guest in their home. Thank you, again, Heinsight!

This is the best optometrist office I have ever visited. The entire staff is caring, helpful and patient. They will go to any length necessary to find a solution to any problem you may have and make sure you are happy. I can't speak highly enough about them.

From stepping in to leaving, the entire staff was warm, friendly and took the time to answer all questions, making sure I was comfortable and happy with decisions. They all explained as we went along what process was next and what they were doing. This was my first appt with Heinsight eye care and I'll never go anywhere else.
